How It Works

1. Download & Print Your Passport
   Make sure to print out your passport to keep track of each participating restaurant you visit.

2. Log Your Visits
   Visit any participating restaurant, try their Novemburger, and get your passport initialed. Make sure to log at least five different locations to qualify.

3. Submit Your Completed Passport
   Once you’ve logged five or more Novemburgers, submit your passport by December 4th. You can drop it off at the United Way FMWB office or scan and email it to tmcglennon@fmwbunitedway.com.
